About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic product marketing leader to help accelerate the adoption of our technology by the market, and establish Exium’s position as the leader in Cloud-based Cybersecurity and networking solutions.
In this role, you’ll lead the product marketing team responsible for all of our Cloud-based Cybersecurity and networking solutions ranging from secure Internet access to protecting IoT/OT environments for mission-critical infrastructure. You’ll help to lead strategic new marketing initiatives such as new product launches and pushes into new geographies and verticals. As a leader within the company, you’ll directly manage and grow the product marketing team, and will help develop the short- and long-term go-to-market plan. You’ll partner with PM and outbound marketing teams to maximize Marketing’s impact on revenue growth, and help to bring a disruptive new technology to an industry that’s ripe for innovation.

In this role, you will: 

  • Story Telling: Ability to communicate Exium’s vision to diverse audiences, and to span messaging from high-level value propositions to feature-level product differentiation.

  • GTM: Helps define the strategy, goals and measurement methods for cohesive cross- functional plans that enable winning execution for customer acquisition, engagement, upsell and retention.
  • Product Expert & Presenting: Be a product spokesperson, both internally and externally, and one of our points of contact for analysis relations. Explain the Exium vision, and demo our product at briefing and events; showcasing the best of Exium to our customers.
  • Championing, role modeling, and embedding Exium’s cultural principles (Obsess Over the Customer’s Jobs-to-be-Done, Build for the Long Term, Growth Mindset) as we scale globally and across new offices

An ideal candidate has:

  • Experience marketing in an enterprise technology sales cycle; familiar with inside and field sales, SDR programs, and outbound marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of software. Experience with wireless systems, analytics, or big data are a plus.
  • Expert-level public speaking. Comfortable presenting to internal and external audiences, large and small.
  • Strong messaging skills. Ability to create or edit content at an expert level.
  • Comfortable engaging with trade press and industry analysts
  • Track record of hiring and leading top product marketing talent

 

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree; a technical undergraduate degree is a big plus, and an MBA is a nice-to-have.

About the Role

Given our SaaS subscription-based business model where our customers pay us over time, Customer Success is absolutely vital to our customers deriving long-term value from our platform. To enhance our customer’s experience with Exium, we need experienced Technical Customer Success Managers to drive value and success for our customers.

This role will be responsible for driving all facets of technical success across the customer journey (on-boarding, implementation, adoption, and operationalization), as it pertains Exium’s strategic customers.  As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will work alongside other cloud security practitioners that are charged with driving a proactive, programmatic and prescriptive customer experience. Product adoption and operationalization are achieved through the creation and execution of customer-specific success plans that are aligned with a customer’s cloud/cyber-security program and overall business initiatives.  Technical Customer Success Managers will also partner with Exium’s Sales team to support renewal, cross, and up-selling activities.

Ideal candidates should be able to effectively build and nurture management and user-level relationships across all functional teams that derive value from Exium’s platform, and in the process, earn a trusted advisor status across the customer base.  In addition, ideal candidates should be able to effectively operate at a hands-on, power-user level, while acting as both an internal and external point of escalation and helping to establish an ongoing voice of the customer.

In this role, you will: 

  • Partner with customers to implement and operationalize business-aligned, cloud security programs
  • Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of strategic success plans that manage the customer’s journey from on-boarding to operational maturity
  • Function as a technical point of escalation for all customer related platform issues; ultimately responsible for the execution of tailored get-well plans while partnering with technical support to drive quick and efficient issue resolution
  • Become a Exium power-user by establishing and maintaining a technical, hands-on proficiency across all aspects of the Exium platform to drive all phases of technology adoption; design, deploy, operationalize, troubleshoot
  • Understand how our customers are utilizing Exium’s solutions and recommend additional features that can be leveraged to increase their security posture
  • Help identify and document Exium leading practices and new use cases and ensure customer environments are in alignment
  • Collaborate with peers and customers, functioning as a front-line product expert, focusing on leading practices, programmatic use-cases, and technology adoption, while enabling user self-sufficiency
  • Coach customers to be Exium product experts and train their teams on new capabilities or existing features to help become increasingly self-sufficient
  • Establish an ongoing cadence of communication with customers, in their language, across all required levels (from technical users to the C-suite)
  • Utilize cyber domain expertise to articulate Exium’s value to customers and map solutions to their business objectives and desired outcomes
  • Enthusiastically drive customer health, business alignment and customer value through the identification and achievement of customer goals and objectives
  • Actively drive and contribute to ongoing customer activities and touch points; cadence calls, site visits, technical and executive briefings and business reviews, customer education, and training activities
  • Help enable post-sales activity for your accounts through strong relationship-building, platform knowledge, planning and execution
  • Ongoing support of new sales and retention functions within existing customers
  • Establish the “voice of the customer” through clear and concise feedback that helps Exium align to customers and improve their platform

An ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of cyber technology experience (network security, data protection, security operations, threat, risk or identity management); technical pre/post sales experience a plus
  • Strong, hands-on technical skills, preferably in cloud operations and cybersecurity space; preferred skills include security and networking technologies including Secure Web Gateways, Next Generation Firewalls, Zero-Trust Network Access, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and SD-WAN.

The Exium Channel Sales Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team.   This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Build relationships with key partner base and their SEs
  • Own and drive technical enablement activities for key and assigned partner base
  • Educate customers on the ongoing trends and challenges that are driving the need for cloud security and help channel understand where Exium addresses these challenges
  • Deliver effective demos, best practices session on UCs, deployments & workshops as needed
  • Provide on the job training for partner SEs by allowing partner SE to shadow presentations and evaluation installations.
  • Help partners create evaluation test plans with customers that highlight the strengths of our platform to position Exium as the clear cloud security leader
  • Present at channel-driven marketing activities as-needed basis.
  • Assist in the selling effort to partner technical resources during new partner recruitment
  • Work with channel partners to proactively expand our awareness and install base within existing accounts.
  • Collaborates with other SEs, sales teams, and trainers

About the Role

To be successful in this role you must possess a combination of strong business acumen and technical skills as well as have a deep understanding of  Cloud Security, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), SD-WAN etc. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with Exium customers, field architects, virtual teams etc. to better understand customer problems or use cases and work with engineering and product managers to roadmap them. You will also play a key role in understanding customer’s questions and concerns and documenting them for execution. It is expected that you will be able to take ownership of high priority features and bugs for strategic customers, communicate clear responses to customers and ensure the highest priorities issues are addressed as quickly as is feasible.

Ideal candidates will be naturally hands-on and comfortable working with engineering, other product managers and the Field to clearly capture customer pain points in easy-to-understand product requirements.

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Develop deep and trusted relationships with key customers, partners, field, engineering leads and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure that Exium existing capabilities and strengths are clearly articulated and efficiently and scalably delivered for the field and for customers
  • Increase the win rate for new business by addressing key questions and issues, and updating customer facing documentation, sales guides and tools etc.
  • Increase upsell and renewal opportunities by continually focusing on helping our customers operationalize and get maximum value of their licensed Exium products
  • Work closely with customer success and support teams to help with product questions, product escalations etc. 
  • Analyze and communicate the value and trade-offs of the product decisions made
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide feedback to product management and engineering
  • Leverage labs and set up different use cases to demonstrate product capabilities and value to customers, field etc.
  • Identify product gaps and share with engineering for improvements
  • Work with technical publications and other teams for technical content creation showcasing product capabilities and communicate value 

An ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager (PM) or a Technical Program Manager (TPM) role
  • Experience working with  Apps, Clients or Agents as steering or traffic redirection methods
  • Knowledge of different OS platforms such as iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux etc.
  • Knowledge of Secure Web Gateways, Next Generation Firewalls, Zero-Trust Network Access, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and SD-WAN.
  • Experience with competitive analysis and feeding back
  • Experience working with field and customers on product escalations
  • Ability to test product in different environments
  • Experience working with tech pubs and others for content creation for sales enablement for product features etc.
  • Exposure to SaaS environments and cloud networking technologies
  • Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., technical marketing, system engineering, solutions architect or R&D) highly desirable. 
  • Experience creating technical webinar content and presenting online and at conferences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions and low-level technical discussions
  • Experience representing the customer; Experience being the champion and voice of customers by building impactful, personal relationships with customers, engineering teams, and the field, in addition to bringing the customer’s voice into the creation process.

The Exium Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

You will work closely with customers and partners as your primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues and will be the customers’ advocate for issues that require assistance from the Support team.  You will provide feedback to the Product Management team on new feature requests and product enhancements from your customer base.  Heavy travel is required as necessary to support company based engagements within the US.

  • Objective #1 is to exceed our sales targets.
  • Articulate the high-level benefits of Exium’s architecture to our target audiences (typically senior security management up to CISO and CIO).
  • Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises as well as overall win strategy.
  • Take an active role in the customer success and help resolve any customer satisfaction issues, escalating cross functionally when needed.

An ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Sales/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills ranging from tech level up to senior executives. Comfortable in public speaking and presenting to both internal and external executive audiences.
  • Ability to scale from the whiteboard to working with security architects to influencing CISOs.
  • Love and passion for helping customers and delivering satisfaction even when faced with difficult customers.
  • Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration Linux, MacOS and Windows-based systems
  • Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS
  • Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
  • Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions such as Secure Web Gateways, Next Generation Firewalls, Zero-Trust Network Access, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and SD-WAN.
  • Experience working with Cloud Identity Providers, SCIM, XDR and SD-WAN Deployments and Integrations
  • Experience working with Public cloud environments (AWS, Azure and GCP) 
  • Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms
  • Experience working in and selling cloud-based technologies (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS). 
  • Demonstrable experience with scripting languages such as Python, and REST API framework.

About the Role

The Channel Sales Manager will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.

This position will serve as the Channel Sales Manager in the United States for Exium and will support the sales teams. Channel Sales Manager is a strategic contributor to sales/marketing programs and the liaison within re-seller base for Exium.

In this role, you will: 

  • Exceed quota
  • Manage all aspects of the VAR, MSP, reseller relationship
  • Business planning, product and sales training, marketing events, demand generation
  • Work closely with the Sale leaderships to grow revenue by focusing on National and Regional re- sellers
  • Recruit new partners that are under-leveraged that can maximize the revenue potential for Exium solutions
  • Work closely with Strategic National VARs on a field level.
  • Create tools and assist in the development of internal processes to enhance our current channel program
  • Coordinate channel enablement activities, SE training and inside sales organizations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and demonstrate the ability to articulate Exium’ advantageous position to end users and partners
  • Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and Sales process

An ideal candidate has:

  • 2 + years of experience working with re-sellers as a corporate account manager (CAM) or Account Manager
  • Hunter mentality – ability to get in front of partner executives and show the value of Exium to their business
  • Executive Level relationships with key partners in the region

  • Understands the re-seller business model and how Exium fits into that model
