1. Login to workspace for authentication
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Enter URL https://service.exium.net into the address bar and press Enter or Return to load the webpage.
- Once the page is open, you will see a form with a box for entering the workspace name. To proceed, follow these steps:
- Enter the your workspace name into the provided text box and click on the “Continue” button.
2. SSO/MFA Authentication
The next step involves redirecting user for SSO/MFA authentication, which will verify the user’s identity. Following are sample screenshots illustrating the SSO authentication process.
After completing the authentication process, you will be able to view a successful verification message for the user, which will be displayed on the screen. This message will confirm that the verification process was completed successfully.
3. Select OS for downloading application
Please click on the dropdown button and choose the option “Windows” and click on submit button
4. Download Client
After clicking on the “Submit” button, you will be directed to a page where you will find two buttons. Please click on the button labeled “Download and Install Agent.” This action will initiate the download of the Speerity SilentAuth Windows Installer (.exe) file. Additionally, click on the “Download Agent Token” button, which will start the download of the sase-auth-token.txt file.
Upon completing the previous steps, you will find the two files in the designated download folder, typically the “Downloads” folder on Windows, or any other preferred download location you have chosen. Please check the specified folder to access these downloaded files.
5. Install Client
To initiate the installation process, please follow these steps:
- Right-click on the installer file.
- From the context menu that appears, select “Run as administrator.”
By selecting “Run as administrator,” you ensure that the installation process runs with elevated privileges, which may be necessary for certain system modifications or access permissions.
After executing the “Run as administrator” command on the downloaded Speerity SilentAuth Windows Installer (.exe) file, a black screen window will be displayed. It is important not to manually close this window. Instead, please wait patiently for it to close automatically. During this process, you may see logs or text appearing on the black screen. It is advised to ignore these logs as they are part of the installation process and do not require any action from you.
Once the installation process is complete, the installer screen will close automatically. Subsequently, a webpage will open in your browser, providing details about the client’s connection. On this webpage, you will be able to see information such as the public IP address, location, and other relevant details pertaining to the connected client.
If the whatismyip.com website does not open in the browser after the installer window has closed, it indicates that the installation was not successful. In such a case, it is recommended to provide further assistance by sharing the log file located at “C:\ProgramData\WG_IN_SPUN_Log.log” with the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach the log file to the email and report the issue you encountered. The log file will help the support team investigate and diagnose the problem more effectively.
